I just want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support of thee ReFinery Salon during the COVID-19 pandemic. As we get closer to a return-to-work authorization date by the governor, I just wanted to let you know how appreciated you are and that I cannot wait until we are given the green light to open our doors.

As we await that date, we are also paying close attention to any and all required safety protocols that will or may be required for all licensees governed by our State Board of South Carolina and other agencies such as the Center for Disease Control and prevention (CDC).

While salon and client safety has always been an integral part of my service standard, I want to ensure you that we will be taking even more safety precautions through enhanced safety and sanitation measures, protocols and best practices. In the coming weeks I will be sending out the details of my enhanced safety and sanitation protocols once again. I also would welcome any recommendations, questions, or concerns you may have as we prepare an environment where you are comfortable and confident.

Well some things may be required to change, one thing will remain the same and that is our desire, service and commitment to you and your safety.
